Returns Time Frame
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately we cannot process a return.
Arranging A Return
If you wish to make a return, simply contact us with the order number and reason for return, and we will be happy to assist.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please also keep hold of the original packaging.
A return address will be provided to you when you make the request.
Mystery products - such as Mystery Boxes, Blind Bags/Boxes etc are not eligible to be returned due to the nature of the products.
Damaged Orders
We take great care to ensure your package arrives safely.
In the very unlikely event of your item(s) getting damaged in transit, please accept our apologies and contact us with the order details and images of the packaging. We will be happy to cover the return cost and issue a refund.
Incomplete or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure your order includes all of the correct items.
In the very unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please accept our apologies and contact us with the details, we will be happy to help.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the return, a refund will be processed within 24 hours.
It may take 3-5 working days to appear back on your original payment method.
We will notify you when the refund has been processed. If you have not received it within 7 working days from the notification, please contact us.
