As collectors ourselves, we only send out products that meet our high standards.
The guarantee promises that the box and pop will be undamaged. Unfortunately we cannot cover minor paintwork defects or misprints.
In the unlikely event you aren't 100% satisfied, the product(s) may be returned for a full refund.
The guarantee only applies to orders placed online. If you are purchasing from us at an event, we encourage you to examine the condition in person.
All standard 4" and 6" pops automatically come with a free protector included.
We always list the sticker within the "exclusivity" section of the product description.
We do our best to restock whenever possible. If there is a particular item you are after, feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do.

We currently only offer shipping within the U.K.
We offer free shipping for all orders over £50.
Orders of under £50 will be charged £3.99 for shipping.

We use the Royal Mail for all orders.
All orders are packaged using packing paper and a sturdy box, as well as every pop having a protector included, to ensure safe arrival.
In an attempt to reduce our carbon footprint, we reuse the Funko shipping boxes that we receive stock in. We also ensure that all packaging used is recyclable.
Please note that the Funko shipping boxes may have non-recyclable tape pre-applied.
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately we cannot process a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must unused, and in the same condition you received them in.
Mystery products such as Mystery Minis, Pint Size Heroes, and Mystery Pop Boxes cannot be returned once opened due to the nature of the products.
Please keep hold of the original packaging to use when returning your order.
Simply contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we will be happy to arrange it.
A return address will be provided to you upon request, please note that we cannot accept returns at our registered office address.
If the return is due to our fault, we will cover return costs. Examples include a damaged or incorrect order.
If the reason for return is beyond our control, you will be responsible for return costs. Examples include change of mind or unwanted gift.
Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the return.
Please note that it may take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
We exhibit at a number of events each year. You will find us at most major Comic Cons and Gaming Expos - for up to date info, please follow us on socials.
Whilst you will find some items both online and at events, we do take a number of exclusive and vaulted items which you won't find on our website to the events, so be sure to grab them while you can!
We do, but our space at events is limited. Please contact us beforehand if you would like to trade something in. We can offer cash or store credit.
