In an attempt to reduce our carbon footprint, we reuse the Funko shipping boxes that we receive stock in. We also ensure that all packaging used is either reused or recyclable.

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately we cannot process a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, and in the same condition you received them in.

Mystery products - such as Mystery Boxes, Blind Bags/Boxes etc are not eligible to be returned due to the nature of the products.

Please keep hold of the original packaging to use when returning your order.

Whilst you will find some items both online and at events, we do take a number of exclusive and vaulted items to the events which you won't find on our website, so be sure to grab them while you can!
